Peter is an experienced operations executive who integrates his rich experience in hospitality businesses to drive results across all of Maneuvre’s client base. He co-founded Maneuvre with Rachel Pipan in 2021 and directs its global operations and leads Maneuvre’s hospitality sector work.
As a consultant, he has led several hospitality businesses to grow their operations, train teams, and launch new offerings. Prior to co-founding Maneuvre, Pete was Food & Beverage Manager at Sir Richard Branson’s co-located BVI luxury resorts, Necker Island and Moskito Island, where he managed sustainability and ethical purchasing and launched/ran several special projects across the business that were cost-effective and brand-enhancing.

Pete works with businesses of all kinds to build this consistency and dependability into their operations through employee engagement, training, SOPS, workflows, platforms, and more.
Pete brings that same dependability and stability to Maneuvre’s offices as well. He manages all of our freelancers/contractors to ensure Maneuvre work is delivered to our high standards, and he runs our back office.
As a Michelin-trained chef, Pete also takes point on all hospitality businesses in the Maneuvre portfolio and deep dives into budgets/costings, menu/recipe development, staffing and hiring, chef coaching, and training. He also works cross-functionally with Rachel and the Maneuvre team on advertising, promotion and communications.
