What is Maneuvre's hourly rate?

Our hourly rate is €235* per hour. 

 

Here's the important print:

✅ We set an hour cap for our programs, so you never receive a surprise invoice.  

 

✅ We only bill for strategic, senior, deliverable work. All other essential work, including research, is complimentary.

 

As a result, our clients benefit from a €100-150 effective hourly rate (on average). 

 

*Exclusive VAT and fees.

What is included in Maneuvre's hourly rate?

 

We only bill for our senior, strategic work. This means that our hourly rate is charged only for a fraction of the work we do for you.

 

The rest is complimentary and never billed to you - like our in-depth research, "getting up to speed" on you as a client, adding other team members to your call, planning, and other operational administration. And, before you ask: Yes, other agencies bill for this work, and often do so at an even higher hourly rate. That's why their lowest retainers can be anywhere from €10,000 - €50,000 (per month!)

 

This type of work is incredibly important, but it is also time-consuming. That's why we don't expect you to pay for it. We see it as the cost of doing our business well.

What are modules?

Modules are the third part of our work - the services we deploy to strengthen your brand.

First, we work with you to (quickly) craft your sell. Once you're happy with it, we develop the assets and workflows you need to share it with the world. This is the deployment phase, and together we determine which modules/services make the most sense for your buyers. 

 

Modules/Services include:  

Press & Media: Making news and being newsworthy.
Awards & Speaking: Have your success recognised and legitimised. Curate your calendar with the right conferences and experiences.
Website & Online Presence: Utilise your digital storefront(s) well.
Executive Thought Leadership: Share your opinion Across your most important mediums
Visuals & Presentations: Aesthetics, palettes and imagery that match your prowess.
Findability: Leveling up your Google, wiki, and external site placements.
What does Maneuvre charge for urgent assistance?

 

We understand that some projects require extra attention, and that is why we offer expedited services to our existing clients. Our hourly rate does not change in these situations. However, if you require immediate care in the departments we do not normally bill for (research, administration of a newswire, etc.), we will record and include these hours in our invoice.  

 

What is the invoicing / billing process?

 

For all programs:

Upon the kickoff of our work, we will send you a program deposit invoice of 50%.

 

For enterprise and founder programs:

We send monthly reports detailing our work and current hour spend. We will then begin billing monthly once we are halfway through the project. If you decide to renew with Maneuvre, we will send monthly invoices and reports.

 

For executives/individual programs: 

We will send an invoice for the final 50% in the final week of our 8-week sprint. Upon receipt, we will deliver all final assets to you. If you'd like to keep Maneuvre available for advice, we will send a monthly (minor) invoice for this service.
