What does Maneuvre cost?
Short answer: Much less than traditional PR firms. Our 2025 rates begin at 235 euros per hour.
Here's how you get ROI:
✅ We set an hour cap for our programs, so you never receive a surprise invoice.
✅ We only bill for strategic, senior, deliverable work. All other essential work, including research, is complimentary.
✅ As a result, our clients benefit from a €130-150 effective hourly rate (on average).
Do you bill for every hour?
No. We only bill you for senior, strategic work - the kind you would hire a Chief Communications Officer or senior PR lead to do.
The rest of our work -like our in-depth research, "getting up to speed" on you as a client, having more than one of us attend a call with you, planning your PR strategy - is complimentary and never billed to you. This work is required for a successful PR campaign, but it is also time-consuming. That's why we don't expect you to pay for it. We see it as the cost of doing our business well.
(Yes, other agencies bill for this time. For example, if two people join a call, you are charged for them both to be there. That's why the average PR retainers they charge for a tech company can be anywhere from €10,000 - €50,000 per month!)
What does Maneuvre charge for urgent assistance?
We understand that some projects require extra attention, and that is why we offer expedited services to our clients in case of crisis or emergency. Our hourly rate does not change in these situations. However, if you require immediate care in the departments we do not normally bill for (research, administration of a newswire, etc.), we will record and include these hours in our invoice.
What is the invoicing / billing process?
For all engagements:
Upon the kickoff of our work, we will send you a deposit invoice.
For ongoing support:
We send monthly reports detailing our work and current hour spend along with our invoices.
For project basis work, including Executive support:
We will send an invoice for the final amount due as we wrap up our sprint. Upon receipt, we will deliver all final assets to you. If you'd like to keep Maneuvre available for advice, we will send a monthly (minor) invoice for this service.
